This month, some of us attended a training session on Organizational Relationship Building where we were able to develop systems and processes to support workforce diversity so as to be a more inclusive employer.
A fast-paced working environment amid a melting pot of diverse cultures may not be everyone’s cup of tea. However at OSS we find ways to manage diversity as well as mitigate various challenges and barriers to workplace cooperation. We believe in constructive cooperation and breaking down departmental silos to create a healthy working environment that all can grow and thrive in.
